We recognize that despite our careful attention to detail, there may be times when our customers encounter issues with the quality of the products they receive. In these instances, we are committed to delivering the highest level of customer service. Nevertheless, it is important to note that there are certain restrictions on returns:
- MtnTrekker.com does not accept returns of coffee beans unless there is a shipping or transit error on our part.
- Damaged goods must be reported within one week of receipt. If an item is damaged in transit, please report the damage and take photographs for MtnTrekker.com to facilitate a claim with the delivery service.
- For purchases other than coffee, if you are dissatisfied, you may return the item within 14 days for a full refund, provided the merchandise has not been used and is in its original packaging. Contact Customer Service for a returned merchandise authorization number {RMA).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Partial refunds may be issued for:
- Books that show clear signs of use
- Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged
