Route
The Lookout Mountain Trail is an easy hike that goes around the whole mountain. The trail is 2.3 miles long and completes a loop. If you follow the trail clockwise, you will pass the summit trail. If you take the summit trail, which is 0.6 miles long, you will gain and lose 309 feet in elevation. If you skip the summit trail, the trail has a 224-foot elevation gain and a 253-foot loss.
