The North Clear Creek Falls overlook can be found along the Silverthread Scenic Byway, located on CO 149, 57 miles from South Fork. This location offers information signs for visitors and is a great spot for photos of the falls. The overlook trail extends for a quarter of a mile and is open throughout the year. The best time to visit is from June to September. It is important to note that during the winter season, the road to the parking lot and trail remains unplowed.
